Anna Harciarek.

I am a graduate in psychology and philosophy at the Silesian University in Katowice. I worked with children and youth in Poland and abroad, including primary school in Świętochłowice, where I served as a supporting teacher in the classroom to which a student from a Polish-Greek family attended. Working with the New Media Foundation from Warsaw, I had the opportunity to conduct workshops on global education issues at schools and, while living in Greece for three years, after training with Jean Porcherot and Rodia Dimitressi, I led cultural activities for children together with the Action Art association. Each of these experiences gave me a lot of satisfaction, and accompanying the youngest in discovering the world is fascinating for me and often allows me to look at many issues from a new perspective.
In addition, I practice yoga, which teaches me physical and mental flexibility, balance and peace. I myself lead yoga relaxation nidra. I also sing in two Katowice choirs.
