In connection with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter: Regulation) , based on Article. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of the Regulation, in connection with the processing of your personal data, we inform you as follows:

The administrator of your data is English Montessori School sp.z o.o. ul. J.Gallusa 10/8, 40-594 Katowice. The data administrator can be contacted via the following e-mail address: szkola@anglojezyczne.com by phone at +48 603 425 204 or in writing to the address indicated above.

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:

• implementation of contracts concluded with you,
• fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on English Montessori School sp. z o.o. on the basis of applicable laws, including accounting and tax regulations and the Education Law,
• implementation of the legitimate interest of English Montessori School sp. z o.o. consisting in a possible determination or pursuit of claims or defense against claims,

Your personal data may be transferred to other entities, i.e .:

• The Education Authority in Katowice, Katowice City Hall
• entities providing to English Montessori School sp. z o.o. services necessary to perform the contract concluded with you, such as school teachers, teachers of extracurricular activities, trainers,
• postal operators and / or couriers,
• banks with regard to making payments as well as entities authorized to do so under the provisions of law.

Personal data will not be transferred to entities from third parties or international organizations.

Personal data will be processed and stored during the implementation / duration of concluded contracts, as well as in the period after their completion for the time and to the extent required by law, including accounting regulations.

We would like to inform you that you have the following rights related to the processing by English Montessori School sp. z o.o. personal data:

• the right to request the Administrator to provide access to your personal data;
• the right to rectify data;
• the right to delete data;
• the right to restrict processing;
• the right to data portability (if technically possible);
• the right to object to data processing.

Additionally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority within the meaning of Art. 4 point 21 of the Regulation, if you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of this Regulation.

Your data will not be profiled.

Providing your personal data by you is voluntary but necessary for the performance of the contract. The consequence of not providing the personal data required by English Montessori School sp. z o.o. will mean if will be possible to start the recruitment procedure for the school.

We also assure you that English Montessori School sp. z o.o. makes every effort to ensure all means of physical, technical and organizational protection of personal data against accidental or deliberate destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable legal provisions. We are open to your suggestions to improve the security of personal data.
