Paulina Pazdur.

My name is Paulina Pazdur and for almost two years I have been part of the English Montessori School team in Katowice. My professional journey began many years ago. I graduated from philological studies in Krakow, which gave me solid foundations in working with language and literature. I gained my pedagogical experience in London, where for nearly 10 years I worked in educational institutions and completed numerous courses and trainings. Working with children is a true passion for me. Over the past years, I have developed an individual approach to each child, listening to and understanding their needs and problems. What gives me the greatest satisfaction is seeing how my commitment translates into their development and successes. In my work, I focus not only on educational aspects, but also on building relationships with students and their parents. I am open to new challenges and constantly strive to improve my skills. After work, I love spending time with my loved ones, talking, cooking together, or simply enjoying the long and quiet walks. These are the moments when I can detach myself from everyday life and recharge my batteries. And when I need additional relaxation, I turn to music – listening to favourite songs is a way for me to relax and unwind.
